1. ABOUT YOU

We regret that we cannot orders from anyone below 18 years of age. By placing an order through our site you confirm that are at least 18 years old

2. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US

No contract will exist between you and us until we have received full payment from you and have either given a written/emailed acceptance of your order or dispatched the ordered products, whichever is the sooner.

3. UNAVAILABILiTY OF PRODUCTS

We make every effort to make sure our website has an up-to-date inventory. However, in the event a product is not available we will contact you and ask you how we should proceed. You may either cancel your order for a full refund (including delivery charges), await the arrival of the product in stock (unless we inform you that the product will not be coming back into stock) or change your order to replace the product originally ordered with an alternative product (with a corresponding adjustment in the price if appropriate).

4. DELIVERY

The delivery charges for your order are calculated in accordance with our delivery rates as set out on our site, and are shown separately on the order confirmation.

Our aim is to despatch your order the next working day. Please note that all despatch and delivery times are approximate.

Many products are sent via our approved carrier and must be signed for.

The standard delivery within the UK is a 48 hour service usually sent via Royal Mail, so orders should be with you within 3-4 working days.

If any products are damaged on arrival, please notify this to the carrier at the time if possible. Then also please notify us and return in accordance with the information set out below in Exchanges and Returns.

5. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn with tags on and in original packaging. For the return of high value goods, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items. In the case of goods that were faulty or damaged when despatched, your postal costs will be refunded to you.
